JWOD Act Pricing Memorandum #2 (PR-2) is the Pricing Memorandum that describes the current rules (as defined by the U.S. AbilityOne Commission) for pricing PRODUCTS contracts.
JWOD Act Pricing Memorandum #3 (PR-3) is the Pricing Memorandum that describes the current rules (as defined by the U.S. AbilityOne Commission) for pricing SERVICE contracts. PR-3 allows for more negotiation and a more flexible escalation rate schedule for follow-on years.
