The SourceAmerica® Academy is an educational resource developed to increase the knowledge and skillsets of professionals at SourceAmerica’s affiliated nonprofit agencies and federal customers. It is a user- and mobile-friendly learning management system (LMS) featuring:
- Improved organization and navigation to quickly locate courses based on business need
- Capability for managers to easily create employee learning curriculums
- Ability to track coursework and earn training badges

Training courses are crafted to meet the specific needs of nonprofits and federal customers and are available in multiple formats:
More than 6,000 courses are offered online to help managers and leaders enhance their abilities. Topics include leadership, IT and certificates, desktop, business skills, and environmental safety and health.
SourceAmerica's virtual instructor-led training (vILT) courses and webinar series are presented by knowledgeable subject matter experts. These live, online courses are scheduled in advanced and registration is required. Most courses are also recorded and available for viewing at any time, 24/7.
