Overall Direct Labor Hour (ODLH) Ratio CAP

An ODLH Ratio violation occurs when SourceAmerica and /or the US AbilityOne Commission determine that an AFC has failed to achieve a 74.5% ODLH ratio by fiscal year-end. To address this nonconformance, the AFC must develop and submit a Corrective Action Plan that includes clearly defined milestones and a monitoring strategy to ensure progress and compliance.
