Impact

Impact on current or most recent contractor is one of the suitability criteria used by the Commission to determine if a requirement is suitable for addition to the Procurement List. The Commission will not find a project as suitable whose addition would have a significant, adverse impact on the current contractor.


Impact (SEI)

Severe Economic Impact - An analysis is conducted when considering placing a service or product on the Procurement List that the current or most recent competitive contractor is not adversely impacted.


Impasse

When a pricing issue, controversy, or disagreement occurs, and the Contracting Activity or the Nonprofit Agency is unable to reach a recommended fair market price or is unable to proceed with negotiation of a contract price. (U.S. AbilityOne Commission Policy 51.600)
