Achievement Awards Nomination Incentive
Eligibility
The drawing is open to all nonprofit agencies (NPAs) that submit a nomination for the Quality Excellence Award, Business Partnership Award, or Customer Awards. Submissions must meet the awards criteria and be received between August 20, 2024, and September 27, 2024. Each NPA that submits a nomination is eligible for one entry into the drawing.
How to Enter
NPAs should use the online submission form to submit a nomination prior to 11:59 p.m. ET on September 27, 2024. NPAs that submit a nomination will automatically be entered into the drawing.
Prizes
Five (5) winners will be randomly selected. The winners will be eligible for reimbursement up to $500 for technology-related equipment for their organization.
Terms
- Winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes that may be associated with the prize.
- NPAs must provide written documentation of the equipment purchase and state how it will be used to support employment/operations at their organization to receive the reimbursement.
- The drawing will be held after Achievement Award winners have been selected and notified. Achievement Award winners are not eligible for the drawing.
- Prizes are nontransferable or redeemable for cash or credit and may be subject to change without notice.
- Participation in the drawing is free of charge. No purchase is necessary to enter. The odds of winning depend upon the number of individuals who register.
- Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
- SourceAmerica reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the drawing.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email and must agree to applicable rules and regulations associated with the technology reimbursement.
