Employee Award Winners
- Check for $1,500 to the winning employee
- Trophy presented during the Awards Banquet at SourceAmerica’s Xforce National Conference
- Video highlighting each winner's accomplishments to be shown during the Awards Banquet
- All-expense-paid trip to Xforce for employee award winner, NPA escort, and guest. For all three, this includes:
- Xforce registration
- Ground transportation to and from airport
- Airfare
- Hotel
- Per diem allowance
NPA Award Winners
- Check for $1,500 to the winning NPA
- Trophy presented during the Awards Banquet
- Slideshow video highlighting their accomplishments to be shown during the Awards Banquet
- One Xforce registration for a representative from the winning NPA
Business Partnership Award Winner
- Check for $1,500 to the NPA that nominates the business partner
- If the recipient of the Business Partnership Award was nominated by a SourceAmerica staff member, the $1,500 will be awarded to the NPA.
- Trophy presented during the Awards Banquet
- Slideshow video highlighting accomplishments of the winner to be shown during the Awards Banquet
- One Xforce registration for a representative from the nominating NPA and one Xforce registration for the winning business partner
Customer Awards
- Trophy presented to the winning customers. Presentations will take place on-site at customer locations throughout the year.
- One Xforce registration for a representative from the nominating NPA and one Xforce registration for the winning customer.
