This year's awards program incorporates several exciting new elements, including those highlighted below. Explore the award categories and submit your nominations by September 14!

• Launching the Impact Awards
  We're excited to introduce the Impact Awards! These awards are the next evolution of SourceAmerica's premier recognition program, and they cover four pillars of impact makers – individuals, organizations, communities, and customers. This change represents more than a new name – it's a reflection of our commitment to celebrating the full impact of the AbilityOne Program.
• Introducing the Catalyst Award
  The Catalyst Award recognizes a small NPA (25 or fewer AbilityOne employees) and a mid-sized NPA (26 to 100 AbilityOne employees) that have driven meaningful impact on their contract(s) through innovation, resourcefulness, and collaboration. One award will be presented in each size category.
• Showcasing Local Impact with the Customer Awards
  For the 2027 Impact Awards, SourceAmerica leadership will present the Federal and Military Customer Awards at customer worksites. The goal is to shine a spotlight on these outstanding customers and showcase the workplaces where they make their impact on the AbilityOne Program and participating employees.
• Spotlighting the NCSE Awards with Their Own Landing Page
  The NCSE Awards now have their own landing page, and their award nominations are open from August 17 to October 1! Visit the NCSE Awards page for more information and to submit your nominations.
