The awards banquet will be held on the evening of Wednesday, May 20, 6-9 p.m. CST in the Texas Ballroom at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. Confirmation of these details will be shared closer to the event.

There will be a rehearsal prior to the awards banquet so award winners know what to expect. Final details will be shared closer to the event.

Business casual attire is appropriate for attending Xforce trainings and events. We recommend you dress comfortably and bring a jacket or sweater, since temperatures throughout the hotel may vary. For the awards banquet, we recommend business or cocktail attire. This includes pantsuits, dresses/skirts, sport jackets and dress shirts with slacks, etc.

Award winners are encouraged but not required to give remarks on stage. We ask that winners limit their remarks to no more than two minutes.

Our team is excited to celebrate with you at the awards banquet. Please note that seating is limited at the reserved tables, and each award winner is allotted one reserved seat plus one additional guest if that guest is registered for the banquet. Please share you and your guests name no later than March 6.

If there are others from your organization attending the conference whom you would like seated at your table, please send their full name and job title. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but seating cannot be guaranteed.
