The awards banquet will be held on the evening of Wednesday, May 7, 6-9 p.m. ET in the Grand Ballroom at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Confirmation of these details will be shared closer to the event.

There will be a rehearsal prior to the awards banquet so award winners know what to expect. The rehearsal is tentatively scheduled for 4:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 6. This time is subject to change. Final details will be shared closer to the event.

Business casual attire is appropriate for attending Xforce trainings and events. We recommend you dress comfortably and bring a jacket or sweater, since temperatures throughout the hotel may vary. For the awards banquet, we recommend business or cocktail attire. This includes pantsuits, dresses/skirts, sport jackets and dress shirts with slacks, etc.

Award winners are encouraged but not required to give remarks on stage. We ask that winners limit their remarks to no more than two minutes.
