SourceAmerica Portal

The SourceAmerica Portal contains tools that help NPA users review and submit information from their agency. Access is restricted to certain individuals within your organization.

The Agency Information Tool enables NPA users to manage account information, such as the agency’s address and phone number, key agency contacts, capabilities, and certifications, This tool is also used to complete SourceAmerica Annual Registration.
The Posting tool is where users can submit proposals for open AbilityOne and SourceAmerica business opportunities. NPA users can also use this tool to enable email and SMS text notifications related to opportunities.

Tools for NPAs with AbilityOne Contracts
 

This tool contains details about an agency’s capabilities and relationships with commercial, state, and federal contracts. In addition, this module provides a way of reviewing all of an agency’s AbilityOne contracts.
The Employee Research System (ERS) is a national employment database that tracks the employment data about AbilityOne workers. The Portal tool is a secure data warehouse that enables the production of a wide range of analytical and statistical reports. Participation in ERS is required to receive Financial Assistance through SourceAmerica.
This tool allows NPA users to apply for financial assistance for their agency. NPA users must provide written permission from the agency’s designated NPA Head to request this tool.
This function is required for all new, transferred, or significantly modified AbilityOne projects. The tool enables an NPA to track direct labor hours for a minimum of the first three months of performance so the NPA and SourceAmerica can ensure the agency meets the projected direct labor ratios.
All NPAs that provide AbilityOne products or services must report direct labor data to SourceAmerica. NPAs use this tool to submit Quarterly Employment Reports (QER) and Annual Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs).
