Northern Virginia Family Services honors SourceAmerica as an employment leader in the local area
Vienna, VA (November 15, 2019) – SourceAmerica® was recognized for its leadership in community impact, family-friendly policies and employee engagement for the third year in a row by Northern Virginia Family Services.
For more than 25 years, the CARE awards have recognized outstanding companies in the Northern Virginia area that make the community a better place for everyone to work, live and play. This year’s list honored 32 local companies including Custom Ink, Hyatt Regency and the Consumer Technology Association.
“We’re thrilled to be recognized as an employment leader in the Northern Virginia area,” said SourceAmerica President and CEO Vince Loose. “Employee satisfaction and engagement is one of our top priorities as we fulfill our mission to create employment opportunities for professionals with disabilities.”
As part of the application process, SourceAmerica employees at all levels were surveyed and interviewed about their experiences. Employee programs such as workplace giving, tuition reimbursement and flexible work schedules were considered in the award criteria.
“We are honored to be recognized among 32 organizations in our community for our commitment to work-life balance and community engagement,” said SourceAmerica’s Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Jeff Jones. “Programs that allow our employees to grow and excel in their positions are the key to attracting the right talent at the right time.”
