Hotel Reservations and Accommodations

Hotel reservations will be made by SourceAmerica. We will provide hotel reservation confirmation codes closer to the conference date. Please note that SourceAmerica covers the cost of up to four hotel nights for the award winner, their guest, and the NPA representative (May 17-20, with departure on May 21). If attendees wish to come to Grapevine earlier or leave later, additional hotel charges must be paid out of pocket.

Travel Arrangements

SourceAmerica will make air travel reservations for the award winner. One of our SourceAmerica team members, will reach out regarding air travel arrangements in the coming weeks. Please note that SourceAmerica will pay for conference airfare for the award winner. Airfare for additional guests must be paid out of pocket.

Transportation Between the Airport and Hotel

SourceAmerica will provide ground transportation to and from the airport for the award winner through our VIP transportation company.

Per Diem Funds

In advance of the trip, the award winner will receive per diem funds in the amount of $327 (see chart below for details). Per diem funds can be sent via check or direct deposit.

A SourceAmerica team member will reach out in the coming weeks about per diem funds. These funds are typically distributed two weeks prior to the conference.
