Provide leadership and supervisory training for staff.

Subject matter experts/trainers

  • Staff with knowledge of leadership and supervision
  • Staff with training experience

  • Time for staff to implement and attend training

Process

  • Determine areas of need for training
    • Consider soft skills and hard skills
  • Research training options appropriate to staff needs
    • Consider various training modalities: online, in-person, self-paced
  • Implement training and assess retention
    • Provide opportunities for workplace application and practice
