Practice Description

Beacon Group serves individuals with a wide variety of disabilities at varying cognitive levels and serves a population that is 40 percent Hispanic. Beacon Group has designed distinct handbooks for persons served to account for different levels of cognitive ability and languages spoken.

Implementation Process

• Develop a handbook to meet the various cognitive needs of employees and customers.
• Each version is also available in Spanish to meet the needs of the 40 percent Hispanic population.
