Extranet Login Process has Changed
The login process to access the SourceAmerica Extranet has changed.
- You will need to append "@sourceamerica.org" to your existing ID (for example, jsmith2222@sourceamerica.org)
- The first time, you will be asked to "register" for multi-factor authentication (MFA) – view a brief video about the login and MFA registration or view the step-by-step instructions.
- You must provide a second factor (a code sent to your mobile phone or a call to your phone) to complete the login process each time you login – view a brief video demonstrating a typical login utilizing the MFA or view the step-by-step instructions.
When you reset your password, the system will ask for your username. You must append your username with @sourceamerica.org during this step or you will not be able to reset your password.
Why did the process change?
SourceAmerica is migrating technology to the cloud and improving the security infrastructure for the extranet and Customer Portal. These initiatives result in the implementation of multi-factor authentication (MFA) which requires two (2) forms of identification. Additionally we are now utilizing core Microsoft authentication. These result in a changed user experience.
