The SourceAmerica Academy is the go-to resource for the professional development of nonprofit agencies (NPAs) affiliated with SourceAmerica and SourceAmerica staff. It is a user- and mobile-friendly Learning Management System (LMS) featuring:

More than 4,000 courses are offered online to help managers and leaders enhance their abilities. Topics include Leadership, IT and Certificates, Desktop, Business Skills, and Environmental Safety and Health.
SourceAmerica's annual webinar series is presented by knowledgeable subject matter experts. Webinars make learning convenient by bringing the classroom to computer via the Internet and telephone conference calls. Trainings are live and offered at specific dates and times. Most are also recorded and available for viewing any time, 24/7.
Annually, the SourceAmerica Academy offers a vast array of classroom courses covering over 70 categories such as Leadership, Business Development and Marketing, Customer Service and Quality, and Contract and Project Management. Classes are conducted in various locations around the United States where participants are provided instruction in a formal setting.
Individuals benefit from networking opportunities and the ability to earn Continuing Education Units.
The SourceAmerica book club provides an interactive forum for NPA leaders and aspiring leaders to discuss the latest management strategies and share information. The book club features new and classic books on leadership, management and related topics. Books are authored by nationally recognized business leaders and analysts. The book club meets monthly over a five-month period via facilitated conference calls.
