SourceAmerica Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer
VIENNA, VA – SourceAmerica, a national leader in disability employment, is pleased to announce Kevin J. Welch has joined its senior leadership team as chief financial officer.
Welch comes to SourceAmerica after serving as CFO for TechnoServe, a nonprofit that works to address international poverty. Prior to that, he was vice president of Finance for Neustar, Inc., an information and technology services company. Welch's career has spanned a range of finance positions, including global operations, treasury, business planning and analysis, forecasting, budget development and more for public companies with a global footprint and multi-billion-dollar revenues.
"I'm looking forward to joining this important national effort to create employment opportunities and choices for people with significant disabilities," Welch said. "I'm excited to be part of a group of professionals who take pride not just in the quality of their work, but in the impact they have on both a social and economic level."
Steven Krotonsky, chief operating officer for SourceAmerica, said Welch's depth of experience and enthusiasm for SourceAmerica's mission made him a natural fit to head the finance department of a nonprofit with a national network of agencies employing people with disabilities.
"Kevin has the professional acumen, the personal commitment and the drive to lead the talented team we have here who come to work every day eager to support the inclusion economy we're building," Krotonsky said.
