Recommended Tools for All NPAs

Agency Information & SourceAmerica Registration

The Agency Information Tool enables NPA users to manage account information, such as the agency’s address and phone number, key agency contacts, capabilities, and certifications, This tool is also used to complete SourceAmerica Annual Registration.

Postings

The Posting tool is where users can submit proposals for open AbilityOne and SourceAmerica business opportunities. NPA users can also use this tool to enable email and SMS text notifications related to opportunities.

Tools for NPAs with AbilityOne Contracts

Financial Assistance

This tool allows NPA users to apply for financial assistance for their agency. NPA users must provide written permission from the agency’s designated NPA Head to request this tool.

Quarterly Employment Reports (QER) and Reps & Certs

All NPAs that provide AbilityOne products or services must report direct labor data to SourceAmerica. NPAs use this tool to submit Quarterly Employment Reports (QER) and Annual Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs).

Disability Qualification Determination (DQD) and Participating Employee Information (PEI) Forms

The DQD/PEI Forms tool allows users to complete and submit the mandatory Disability Qualification Determination (DQD) and Participating Employee Information (PEI) forms required for compliance with U.S. AbilityOne Commission Policy 51.403.
