Rebecca Singhavong
Vice President, Finance
Rebecca Singhavong is the Vice President of Finance at SourceAmerica and is responsible for leading the accounting, budget, facilities, and procurement teams.
Singhavong is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining SourceAmerica, she held finance leadership roles in government contracting and public accounting at firms including Nightwing, Northrop Grumman, SMX, and ViON Corporation. Throughout her career, she has a proven track record of successfully leading multi-disciplinary teams, transforming accounting operations, and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning systems. These advancements have delivered improved accuracy, streamlined workflows, and positioned organizations for scalable growth.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Singhavong is committed to community leadership. She has served on the Board of Latinas Leading Tomorrow – a nonprofit dedicated to empowering Latina youth to become leaders in their communities – since 2023, including three years as Board Chair. Her dedication to empowering Latina youth earned her recognition as a 2025 Woman of Vision by the Arlington County Commission on the Status of Women.
Singhavong holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an M.B.A. in Executive Leadership from James Madison University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and Project Management Professional.
