Wounded Warrior Greg Gadson Joins SourceAmerica Training and Achievement Conference as Keynote Speaker

VIENNA, Va. – Decorated soldier, wounded warrior and retired U.S. Army Col. Greg Gadson will bring his message of teamwork, perseverance and hope to the attendees of this year's SourceAmerica Training and Achievement Conference in National Harbor, Maryland.

"We're honored Col. Gadson is joining us at our annual conference," said Steve Soroka, president and CEO. "He inspires all of us with his courage, accomplishments and perspective on overcoming challenges while staying true to our mission of creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities."

Gadson's speech on Monday, April 25 at 2 p.m. kicks off the three-day annual conference, which runs April 25-27, 2016. Other speakers include comedian Brett Leake, Teresa Wright of Jackson Lewis P.C., Carlos Ortiz of Blank Rome, LLP, Seth Kahan of Visionary Leadership, Pauline Weger of Signature Thinkers and Jay Kirschbaum of Willis Towers Watson's Human Capital Practice National Legal and Research Group.

The National Training and Achievement Conference is an annual event for nonprofit agencies in the SourceAmerica network, customers and employees to build their professional skills through training sessions and connecting with colleagues. National award winners will share their inspiring stories and be recognized for their contributions to SourceAmerica's mission.

Each of the more than 1,200 nonprofits that form the SourceAmerica network offers employment opportunities to people with disabilities.

"We've got a great program this year that will really help enhance the service our nonprofit agencies offer our clients," said Ana Rodriguez, director of training. "In addition to the formal sessions where we bring them the latest tools to help them succeed, they also learn a lot by networking with each other, sharing best practices and making new connections."
