SourceAmerica Welcomes New Board Leadership

VIENNA, VA -- SourceAmerica is pleased to announce new additions to its board of directors and welcomes new officers to leadership positions guiding the leading national nonprofit that creates business solutions for customers and employment for people with disabilities.

"We're fortunate to have such a diverse and talented board to guide SourceAmerica as we work with our nonprofit members to build an Inclusion Economy™," said SourceAmerica President and CEO Steve Soroka. "With their leadership, our mission to create employment opportunities and choices for people with disabilities will continue to expand in scope and impact."

The board met March 6-9 to welcome Carol Lowman, president of L2NL as board chair. Other new officers include independent consultant Norm Lorentz as vice chair, Secretary Brian Behler, president and CEO of Skils'kin and Treasurer Michael Fischetti of the National Contract Management Association.

"I really appreciate the talents, depth of experience and commitment of this board and am thankful for the opportunity to expand my contributions to a mission I've been supporting through board service for a number of years," Lowman said. "When like-minded professionals and agencies come together for a common cause, that's when real, positive change starts to happen."

Other new members include Pamela Cox, project manager of Global Connections to EmploymentArmando Contreras, president and CEO of UCP National; and Reuben Rotman, president and CEO of Network of Jewish Human Services Agencies.
