Elizabeth Goodman is SourceAmerica’s Senior Vice President of Finance. Elizabeth joined SourceAmerica in 1999 and has assumed ever-increasing responsibilities while rising from Senior Accountant to Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer.
Before joining SourceAmerica, Elizabeth served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for a community rehabilitation program in Texas that produces products and services under the Javits-Wagner-O’Day Act.
In her current SVP role, Elizabeth has greatly improved the company's back office systems and procedures. She has also implemented the COGNOS system and guided improvements of other financial reporting systems for SourceAmerica. By instituting the Verian solution system companywide, Elizabeth helped move company expense reporting processes from hard copy to electronic.
Prior to entering the nonprofit arena, Elizabeth enjoyed a five-year career in bank management with Bank One Corporation. Originally from Pennsylvania, she holds a CPA from the State of Virginia, an MBA from Averett University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Kenyon College.
