Each year, SourceAmerica and the National Council of SourceAmerica Employers (NCSE) present multiple awards to honor the outstanding workplace achievements of people with disabilities and/or organizations that help create employment opportunities for them. More information about the SourceAmerica and NCSE awards programs can be found via the links below.
SourceAmerica celebrates the achievements of people with disabilities, nonprofit agencies and community partners through its Achievement Awards program. Nonprofit agency colleagues from within the SourceAmerica network nominate employees, business partners, federal and commercial customers, or their own agencies for demonstrating excellence. Nominees must have demonstrated these accomplishments for at least one year prior to the time of nomination. The SourceAmerica Achievement Awards recognize exceptional work ethic, success and leadership across multiple categories.
Nominations for 2020 Achievement Awards are now closed. Winners will be announced on April 8, 2020, during SourceAmerica's National Conference in Washington, D.C.
National Council of SourceAmerica Employers (NCSE) Management Excellence Awards recognize individuals who have demonstrated excellence in leadership in the management of a participating nonprofit agency. An award winner is selected from each region, and individuals must be from the SourceAmerica network of nonprofit agencies.
